Terms of Service & Event Registration Agreement
Ty Harrisons Hope For Suicide Survivors, Inc
Effective date: July 16th, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service and Event Registration Agreement (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Ty Harrisons Hope For Suicide Survivors, Inc (“we,” “us,” “the organization”), a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation. By using this website, registering for our events, or making a purchase through this site, you agree to these Terms. When you check the confirmation box during registration and submit payment, you are confirming that you have read and accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the members of your group.
2. About us
Ty Harrisons Hope For Suicide Survivors, Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Questions about these Terms, your registration, or anything else can be sent to info@tyharrisonshope.org.
3. Event registration — what you are purchasing
Our annual event is held September 11–12, 2026 in Portage, Pennsylvania. Through this website you may purchase:
- Event passes (Friday, Saturday, or 2-Day VIP) — admission for one person per pass.
- Saturday ATV/UTV ride passes — added per person for everyone in your registration group.
- On-site camping — priced per campsite for the weekend, not per person.
Corn hole tournament: team sign-up on this website is a free reservation only. The $45-per-team entry fee is paid in cash at tournament check-in on the day of the event. A reservation does not become a tournament entry until the entry fee is paid. Every tournament player also needs their own event pass for admission.
All prices are shown during registration and on your order summary before you pay. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if a transaction is affected by a pricing error, we may cancel and refund it.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full when you submit your registration. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; we never receive or store your full card number. Your card statement will show TY HARRISONS HOPE. After successful payment you will receive a confirmation email with your tickets attached, and a payment receipt.
5. All sales are final
All registrations and purchases are final and non-refundable, and this is disclosed before payment. We are unable to offer refunds, credits, or exchanges if your plans change, if you do not attend, or for weather (see Section 6).
Any exception is at the organization’s sole discretion (for example, a duplicate charge or a documented error). If you believe there is a problem with your payment, contact info@tyharrisonshope.org before disputing the charge with your card issuer — we can usually resolve issues faster than a dispute can.
6. Rain or shine
This is an outdoor event and it takes place rain or shine. No refunds are issued due to weather. The schedule, activities, and performers are subject to change, and specific activities (including the ATV/UTV ride) may be delayed, modified, or canceled for safety without refund. In the event of a full cancellation of the entire event by the organization, we will communicate next steps to all registrants at that time.
[ATTORNEY: confirm the full-cancellation sentence is acceptable as written, or specify a remedy (refund / donation conversion). Client instruction: rain or shine, no refunds.]
7. Your tickets
- Tickets are delivered as a PDF attached to your confirmation email — one ticket per person, each with a unique ticket ID.
- Present your ticket at the gate, printed or on your phone. Each ticket admits one person, once.
- Lost your email? Contact info@tyharrisonshope.org for a reprint.
- If a registration is refunded or canceled by the organization, its tickets are void and will not be honored at the gate.
- Tickets may not be resold or transferred without our written permission. We may refuse duplicated, altered, or fraudulent tickets.
8. Corn hole tournament
- Online sign-up reserves your team’s spot; the $45 entry fee is paid in cash at tournament check-in.
- Reserved spots that are unpaid by the start of tournament check-in may be released to walk-up teams.
- Teams are two players; every player must hold a valid event pass for that day.
- Tournament format, bracket, and rulings are determined by the organizers and are final.
9. Camping
Camping is sold per campsite for the full weekend. Display your camping tag at your campsite. Campers must follow posted campground rules, including quiet hours and fire rules communicated at the event. The organization may require removal of any camper for unsafe or disruptive conduct, without refund.
10. ATV/UTV ride — assumption of risk and required release
Riding and being a passenger on ATVs/UTVs, and attending an outdoor event generally, involve inherent risks, including serious injury. By participating, you and the members of your group voluntarily assume these risks.
A separate signed liability release is required for every rider before participating in the Saturday ride — no signed release, no riding.
- The release form will be available to download and print from this website before the event, and blank copies will be available at ride staging.
- Riders under 18 require a parent or guardian’s signature on their release.
- Riders must comply with equipment and safety requirements communicated by organizers, and with all instructions from event staff and volunteers.
- We may exclude any person from the ride for safety concerns, impairment, or equipment issues, without refund of the ride pass.
11. Event conduct
Follow the instructions of event staff and volunteers. We may remove anyone from the event, without refund, for conduct that endangers others, harasses attendees or volunteers, violates the law, or disrupts the event.
12. On-site cash activities
Rip Tickets, the 50/50 raffle, basket raffles, and food trucks are cash-only at the event. Raffle and 50/50 entries are not sold on this website and cannot be purchased online. Raffle participation is limited to eligible adults and is conducted in accordance with Pennsylvania small games of chance requirements.
13. Photos and video
The event is photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to the organization’s use of photos and video that may include you (and minors in your care) in our promotional materials, website, and social media, without compensation. If you have a concern about a specific image, contact info@tyharrisonshope.org and we will review it in good faith.
14. Charitable status and tax treatment
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. However, event registrations, ride passes, tournament entries, camping, and merchandise purchases are payments for goods and services and are not tax-deductible donations. Donations made separately from purchases are receipted as charitable contributions.
15. Website use
Site content, including our name and logo, belongs to the organization and may not be used without permission. You agree not to interfere with the operation of this website or its forms. Links to third-party sites (including our merchandise store, which is operated by a separate vendor) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party sites, their products, or their policies. This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, the organization, its directors, officers, volunteers, sponsors, and the property owners hosting the event are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event attendance or use of this website, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the applicable registration.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cambria County, Pennsylvania.
18. Changes, severability, entire agreement
We may update these Terms; the version posted on this website at the time of your registration is the one that applies to it. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the signed ride release (for riders) and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the organization regarding the event and this website.
